On Thursday Em and I had the opportunity to drive up to Northern Utah
and help a friend of ours, who is a birth mom, announce to the couple she chose.
This was a bit unique because I not only know the birth mom
but also the adoptive couple.

They had been in another room previously when another caseworker came in and told them they needed to move to another room. They were completely shocked when they walked in to find that they had been chosen.
